About The Position

The Lexus Service Concierge is an entry-level role and a first point of contact for many dealership guests. The concierge helps deliver an exceptional service experience while gaining hands-on exposure to dealership operations and developing skills for potential future opportunities in Sales, Service, and dealership leadership. The role supports the service process by welcoming guests, handling vehicles, coordinating with service staff, and keeping the service drive organized and professional. The position is based at Lexus of Omaha.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and create a positive first impression during every visit.
• Safely move, park, retrieve, and prepare guest vehicles throughout the service process.
• Partner with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure vehicles are available, organized, and ready when needed.
• Assist with vehicle pick-up and delivery services.
• Communicate professionally with guests and team members while providing exceptional customer service.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional service drive that reflects Lexus brand standards.
• Learn dealership operations and build skills and experience for future opportunities in Sales, Service, and Leadership.
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture focused on guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.
