Acture Solutions is looking for a dedicated and service-minded IT Support Technician Level 1 to join our on-site support team. As an IT Support Technician Level I, you'll be the first line of technical support for users including teachers, staff, and administrators. You’ll report directly to the Level III Helpdesk Technician and respond to user requests in-person, by phone, or through our IT helpdesk system.
