Level 1 Assistant Manager
About The Position
Join the Smiles team as a Level 1 Assistant Manager in Ocoee, United States. The position supports store operations and the store manager while helping maintain a high-performing, customer-focused environment. The role includes assisting with sales goals, team leadership and development, inventory, customer service, compliance, promotions, scheduling, and visual merchandising. It involves working in a fast-paced retail setting and may require varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. The physical requirements include standing and walking for much of the work; sitting to complete paperwork; lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling products and trays; occasional climbing, stooping, bending, crouching, and squatting; and continuous reaching and hand use. Some duties involve delivering products by car to customers and distributing flyers and door hangers. Delivery duties require a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
Requirements
