This position reports to multiple loan officers who have large or major loan portfolios. Due to the experience and proficiency level of this job, the incumbent receives only general supervision. The incumbent has frequent customer contact by telephone and e-mail. Assists customers with routine problems and resolves or refers to other departments or supervisor. Must always exercise good human relation skills throughout interaction with customers and bank staff.
