The incumbent will have frequent contact with customers and other department employees in person, by telephone, and email. The role involves assisting customers with the loan application process and preparing applications for lending officers' review. Once a loan is approved, the incumbent will coordinate with loan processors to complete and return documentation for closing in a timely manner. This position also entails performing administrative duties for one or more Sr. level loan officers engaged in commercial/consumer loans, including typing, filing, answering phones, greeting, and assisting customers and prospective customers. Special projects will be assigned, and the incumbent must actively participate in the Customer Service First sales and service culture, support organizational values, and follow established company policies and procedures.
