About The Position

As a Leisure Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in creating memorable vacation experiences for Owners and guests at Ocean Watch. This involves engaging guests in conversations about their stay, property services, and local attractions. A significant part of the role includes selling attraction, theme park, and event tickets, utilizing effective sales techniques to boost volume. You will also provide comprehensive information about the Sales Presentation Tour, answer guest inquiries, and encourage participation. Additionally, the position requires offering concierge services, warmly welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, and maintaining professional interactions with both colleagues and guests. Contributing to team goals and adhering to all company policies and safety procedures are essential. Requirements

  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
  • Be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Engage guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
  • Provide attraction, theme park, and event tickets for sale to all guests and use effective sales techniques to drive sales volume.
  • Offers tickets to local attractions, theme parks, and events for sale to guests.
  • Provide relevant information about the Sales Presentation Tour and answer any questions about the tour.
  • Provide concierge services to all location guests and encourage participation in a Sales Presentation Tour.
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
