As a Specialist Leisure Planning, you will be instrumental in providing Owners and guests with memorable experiences and events. This role involves engaging guests in conversations about their stay, property services, and local attractions, as well as selling attraction, theme park, and event tickets using effective sales techniques. You will also provide relevant information about the Sales Presentation Tour, answer guest questions, and offer comprehensive concierge services, encouraging participation in the tours. The position requires welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, interacting professionally with colleagues and guests, contributing to team goals, and consistently adhering to company policies and safety procedures. Requirements

  • Available to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, perform bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping, and be able to stand, sit, or walk for an extended period of time.
  • Lift/Carry/Push/Pull Items that Weigh up to 25lbs without assistance.
  • Position may require background and drug screening contingent on company policy in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Engages guests in conversation regarding their stay, property services, and area attractions/offerings.
  • Provide attraction, theme park, and event tickets for sale to all guests and use effective sales techniques to drive sales volume.
  • Offers tickets to local attractions, theme parks, and events for sale to guests.
  • Provide relevant information about the Sales Presentation Tour and answer any questions about the tour.
  • Provide concierge services to all location guests and encourage participation in a Sales Presentation Tour.
  • Welcome and greet guests and anticipate and address their needs.
  • Interact with colleagues and guests professionally and promptly.
  • Contribute to team goals.
  • Always follow company policies and safety procedures.
