This role involves engaging guests in conversations about their stay, property services, and local attractions, as well as selling attraction, theme park, and event tickets using effective sales techniques. You will also provide relevant information about the Sales Presentation Tour, answer guest questions, and offer comprehensive concierge services, encouraging participation in the tours. The position requires welcoming and greeting guests, anticipating and addressing their needs, interacting professionally with colleagues and guests, contributing to team goals, and consistently adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
