The core values are integral to the success and growth of FNS. This is a Full-Time Ocean Import Specialist I position located in Moonachie, NJ.

Requirements

  • Korean & English bilingual
  • Strong knowledge of ocean freight documentation, Incoterms, and customs processes.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in ocean import operations or international freight forwarding preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate full-cycle of ocean import shipments from origin country to final destinations
  • Prepare and review import documentation for Import customs clearance.
  • Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments.
  • Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing.
  • Issue delivery orders and coordinate final-mile delivery with trucking companies.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in the internal system.
