The ACLU of Georgia is hiring Fellows for the 2027 Legislative Session. The dates of the fellowship are October 13th through April 16th. These are full-time, temporary positions (40 hours per week, $20-$25/hour depending on experience). Graduate students, law students, recent graduates, and lawyers are welcome to apply. The fellowship requires in-person work, though there is some flexibility for remote tasks. Fellows will gain valuable experience in policy analysis, legislative strategy, and community engagement focused on advancing civil liberties and rights in Georgia. Applicants should have strong research, writing, and communication skills; a high attention to detail; and a demonstrated interest in civil liberties.
