The Court Support Specialist is a Phoenix-based, in-office role focused exclusively on supporting Arizona court operations. This position partners closely with Arizona courts and legal court runners to ensure court filings are received, processed, and accurately uploaded into our proprietary system in a timely manner. This role requires frequent professional communication with court personnel and internal teams, requiring strong attention to detail when preparing legal paperwork, tracking document retrievals, and processing court records. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable managing high-volume court tasks in a fast-paced environment. This is a 100% onsite role in our Phoenix office.
