About The Position

ATA SERVICES INC. IS SEEKING A FULL-TIME LEGAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST TO WORK A SHORT-TERM ASSIGNMENT IN LITTLE ROCK, AR. THIS ROLE IS IN-PERSON, SHORT TERM, MONDAY- FRIDAY, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, $15.00 AN HOUR. Responsibilities

• Review and record incoming appeals for employee grievances and other programs.
• Process incoming documents and correspondence for court and legal action.
• Answer phones and contact parties or customers regarding questions or issues related to employee grievances and other programs.
• Receive and process requests for parties regarding hearings for employee grievances and other programs.
• Issue and process subpoenas.
• Draft various legal memorandum and documents regarding hearings for employee grievances and other programs.
• Prepare faxes, copies, file and mail materials in a timely manner to comply with internal office practices and state and federal laws and regulations.
