MMG is hiring an experienced and detail oriented Legal Secretary to join our team.

Responsibilities
- Open all new cases in the practice management system
- Type all answers with guidance from partners
- E-file court documents in New York, New Jersey, and Federal courts
- File all documents appropriately
- Manage changes to files in practice management system
- Provide general office support as needed
- Back up firm docket position
- Back up reception position
