About The Position
ImageCare Radiology is seeking a Full-Time Legal Records Custodian for their Hackettstown office. This role is responsible for disseminating patients' medical and billing statement records to requestors for legal purposes, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and New Jersey state laws. All new hires must attend a first-day orientation at the Mount Olive office.
Requirements
- Hackettstown, NJ: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- All personnel must be vaccinated with the MMR and the yearly flu shot.
Nice To Haves
- Legal Assistance (Preferred)
- Bilingual Spanish (Preferred)
- Strong MS Office knowledge and Typing Skills
Responsibilities
- Disseminate patients' medical and billing statement records to requestors for legal purposes.
