About The Position

ABC Legal Services is seeking independent process servers to deliver legal documents in Texas. Process servers can choose their workload and service areas, claim jobs through a mobile app, and work a flexible schedule outside a traditional office setting. Attempts are required every 48 hours, at varied times. ABC Legal provides training, tools, app-based route and pay tracking, and support. The work may suit someone seeking either a full-time career or a part-time gig.

Requirements

• Have reliable personal transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.
• Be comfortable using an iPhone, iPad, or Android smart device and working within a mobile app.
• Be able to scan and print documents.
• Be able to work variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
• Be legally allowed to work in the United States without work authorization.
• Meet any applicable state requirements, which may include registration as a process server or a minimum age.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in process serving or related work is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver legal documents in the assigned service area.
