The Legal Office Print Services Manager, also referred to as Site Manager, is accountable for the daily operations of a small to medium-sized site and manages a small team. This role involves managing contracted services such as Copy services, Courier Services, Managed Print services, Hospitality, Imaging, and Mail services. The manager is responsible for assessing talent, staff career development, and conducting performance management activities and employee counseling with support from assigned leadership. The position aims to create a helpful and positive work culture to maximize retention and ensures the quality of operations by assisting in the achievement of goals in Audit and Deadline standards and compliance, utilizing tools and best practices. The manager maintains formal contact with the customer on a daily basis and must possess an in-depth understanding of the client's requirements.
