The Strategic Account Manager is responsible to manage all aspects of the print and promo solutions, contracted by the client. The Strategic Account Manager is accountable to design and implement strategic business plans and reviews for the highest print value customers. In addition, the role has accountability to prospect for new clients and proactively manage the inbound referrals received from various channels. The Strategic Account Manager will be responsible for customer satisfaction and for the delivery of commitments made by the company. The Strategic Account Manager will guide customers in their buying journey and help them bring their business to life.
