About The Position

Consensus Health is seeking a highly motivated Legal Intern to assist with contract drafting, legal research, and exploring innovative ways to implement AI in corporate legal department documents. This position is ideal for a student interested in business law, technology, and the intersection of AI and legal operations. Requirements

• Current law student, or college student pursuing a degree in Pre-Law, Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Interest in contract law, legal technology, health care, and/or AI applications in the legal industry.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts and legal agreements.
• Conduct legal research.
• Collaborate with legal and technology teams to explore AI tools for contract AI-driven legal solutions.
• Support legal and compliance departments with other tasks as needed.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
