About The Position
Top Arkansas personal injury firm seeks Legal Intake Specialist to provide amazing customer service and be the first point of contact for potential clients. This is a rewarding job for someone who loves working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Requirements
- Previous inbound customer service experience
- Legal department experience required
- The ability to work under pressure, use sound judgement, and seek solution to potential problems
- Strong knowledge of MS Office
- Type a minimum of 45 words per minute
Nice To Haves
- Law firm experience is preferred
- Bilingual in Spanish/English a plus!
Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to potential clients and follow-up on leads and inquiries
- Answer some inbound calls in multi-location practice
- Create and field intake files
- Collect and record information from potential clients
- Open new cases in case management software
- Assist in various administrative tasks including, but not limited to: filing, faxing, sorting, and delivering mail to appropriate team members
