About The Position
We're searching for a bilingual Intake Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys speaking with prospective clients while guiding them through the initial stages of the legal process. This is a full-time, confidential opportunity in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. The role involves answering incoming inquiries, gathering client information, qualifying prospective clients, scheduling attorney consultations, and maintaining accurate CRM records, all while delivering outstanding customer service.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Customer service or sales experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone throughout the day
