About The Position

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a legal assistant, or in a legal support role and/or related
  • Bachelor's degree in legal studies
  • Legal background with the ability to support both legal and intake functions
  • Ability to handle client communication professionally over calls and emails
  • Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment with evolving responsibilities
  • Availability to grow into either legal or intake specialization over time
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Confident and professional phone presence
  • Friendly, polite, and client-focused attitude
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and ambitious mindset
  • Persistence and ability to follow up effectively

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing efforts to generate new leads
  • Assist in creating and improving internal SOPs
  • Support administrative tasks and daily operations
  • Send and manage initial intake forms
  • Vet and qualify potential clients during the intake process
  • Schedule consultations and coordinate client appointments
  • Create and manage retainer agreements using provided templates
  • Explain legal fees and initial service details to clients
  • Draft legal documents and assist with document preparation
