Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Conduct regular outreach to customers to promote DTG services and identify opportunities for additional business.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify service needs.
  • Build long-term partnerships by understanding customer operations and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing customer accounts.
  • Promote new or additional company services based on customer needs.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and service needs.
  • Assist in resolving customer concerns by coordinating with internal departments.
  • Coordinate customer meetings and service discussions as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with operations and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, activity notes, and communication tracking.
  • Generate and submit customer activity and relationship reports to management.
