Requirements

  • Familiarity with handling medical records and client communications
  • CRM: Neos
  • Strong English proficiency with a clear, neutral accent
  • Ability to handle client interactions professionally
  • Comfortable working with sensitive and confidential information

Responsibilities

  • Ensure timely follow-up on case-related tasks
  • Coordinate communication between clients and legal team
  • Contact clients to gather information and provide updates
