Our clients rely on us for precision. In this role, you take ownership of the document lifecycle — preparing, filing, and organizing the paperwork that drives our business. You're the key to resolving documentation issues and making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to stay focused while managing a high volume of paperwork.
  • Reliability and a "can-do" attitude.
  • Organized.
  • Enjoys working independently.

  • Takes pride in accuracy.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in office admin or a legal setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and print essential legal documents for court filing.
  • Process incoming documents from courts and process servers with speed and precision.
  • Manage the lifecycle of warrants—from pulling and storing to ensuring they reach the courtroom.
  • Identify and resolve filing issues to keep our legal processes moving forward.
  • High-volume scanning, filing, mail processing, and data entry.
