In this role, you will take ownership of the document lifecycle, preparing, filing, and organizing paperwork crucial to the business. You will be responsible for resolving documentation issues and ensuring all processes are completed accurately.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office).
  • Ability to stay focused while managing a high volume of paperwork.
  • Pride in accuracy.
  • Ability to respond well to feedback.
  • Enjoy meeting daily goals.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience in office administration or a legal setting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and print essential legal documents for court filing.
  • Process incoming documents from courts and process servers with speed and precision.
  • Manage the lifecycle of warrants—from pulling and storing to ensuring they reach the courtroom.
  • Identify and resolve filing issues to keep legal processes moving forward.
  • Perform high-volume scanning, filing, mail processing, and data entry.
