About The Position

Anduril is seeking a Legal Counsel to support its Voyager, Armory, and Commercial Contracting initiatives. The role is based on-site in Washington, DC; Ashville, Ohio; or Lexington, Massachusetts, and focuses on commercial agreements with domestic and international customers across Anduril’s growing portfolio of commercial products. The counsel will provide legal oversight for proposals and transactions, advise on intellectual property licensing and commercial terms, structure deals, negotiate software and hardware licensing agreements, and develop legal and business strategies supporting commercial growth. The role partners with commercial customers, outside counsel, and business teams across the organization. It supports the commercial sales lifecycle for Voyager and Armory products, including proposals, negotiations, contract performance issues, risk mitigation, and deployment arrangements. The counsel also handles broader business matters, which may include license and services agreements, disputes and litigation, and deal-related intellectual property. Anduril describes its Legal Team as small and dynamic and seeks someone resourceful, adaptable, and ready to take ownership of complex matters in a fast-growing company. Experience across every legal area is not expected, but willingness to learn and an independent interest in technology law and policy are desired.
