About The Position

Moove AV is at the forefront of the autonomous vehicle (AV) revolution, and we’re looking for a sharp, high-energy Legal Counsel to help us navigate the frontier. Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, AV, you won’t just be "reviewing documents"—you’ll be a strategic architect of our growth. This is a rare opportunity to sit at the intersection of cutting-edge tech, real estate, and corporate law in an industry that is literally redefining mobility.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited school.
• Active member in good standing with at least one U.S. State Bar.
• 3–6 years of experience in a law firm or in-house environment.
• Proven track record in corporate, commercial, and real estate law.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, ability to juggle urgent priorities, and comfort working autonomously.

• Experience in the automotive or AV space.

Responsibilities

• Lead the charge on real estate and land use, negotiating the leases and charging agreements that form the physical backbone of our AV fleet.
• Draft and negotiate deals such as vendor contracts and master service agreements that keep operations moving.
• Manage the lifecycle of corporate entities, ensuring compliance and readiness for scale across multiple jurisdictions.
• Act as the "connective tissue" between Infrastructure, Safety, Finance, and HR teams, ensuring legal strategy is synced with business reality.
• Manage relationships with outside counsel, ensuring world-class results while managing costs.
