About The Position

The Legal Concierge provides coaching, care coordination, referrals, and appointment services to clients enrolled in the VA Caregiver Legal and Financial program. Services are delivered by phone, text, and video, with case-management software used for case notes, appointments, and other documentation. The role includes assessing client needs, supporting personal goal plans, helping clients navigate legal information and benefits, and connecting them with appropriate resources. The position is fully remote.

Requirements

• Paralegal experience, a JD, or a similar degree from an accredited program.
• Strong understanding of legal and financial terminology.

Responsibilities

• Assess participating clients’ needs to inform personal plans involving legal information and benefits navigation, with the goal of improving overall well-being.
• Track, monitor, and document coaching sessions and related services in the case-management system.
• Take dictation for legal forms.
• Provide web-assisted audio or video coaching using motivational interviewing, solution-focused techniques, and related skills to help clients obtain information, resources, and assistance.
• Work with clients to develop personal goal plans and identify steps for completing them.
• Connect clients to appropriate resources and make referrals to facilitate goal attainment.
• Complete ongoing training required by the customer and Revelations.
