About The Position

The Co-Op will be joining the Legal & Compliance – Private Investments Legal Team, supporting private equity and private credit investment products. The Co-Op will contribute to both ongoing initiatives and new short-term projects, regulatory developments, corporate governance, and counterparty documentation related to private equity and credit transactions. As part of a group of legal services professionals, the Co-op will work with a variety of other internal and external professionals, including Investment Management, Operations, and Investment Administration in providing support throughout fund and deal lifecycles.

Ability to prioritize ongoing and time sensitive goals
High degree of professionalism
Enthusiasm, an eagerness to learn, interest in financial markets, and a sense of humor
Strong academic credentials
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Only Northeastern University students are eligible for this program
