Legal, Compliance, and Risk Co Op
About The Position
The Co-Op will be joining the Legal & Compliance – Private Investments Legal Team, supporting private equity and private credit investment products. The Co-Op will contribute to both ongoing initiatives and new short-term projects, regulatory developments, corporate governance, and counterparty documentation related to private equity and credit transactions. As part of a group of legal services professionals, the Co-op will work with a variety of other internal and external professionals, including Investment Management, Operations, and Investment Administration in providing support throughout fund an deal lifecycles.
Requirements

- Ability to prioritize ongoing and time sensitive goals
- High degree of professionalism
- Enthusiasm, an eagerness to learn
- Interest in financial markets
- Sense of humor
- Strong academic credentials
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Only Northeastern University students are eligible for this program.
