The Legal Assistant II provides administrative and legal support to the Transactions Legal Group and senior leadership, including the Chief Legal Officer. This role owns calendar and travel coordination, expense processing, and meeting logistics, while also supporting regulatory exams, legal reporting, and document preparation. The position manages legal records and filing systems, maintains document tracking and retention, and supports workflow intake processes to ensure efficient legal operations. Ability to work on-site in downtown Portland 3 days per month is a requirement of the role.
