This position will be responsible for providing support to the Director of Guest Services and Operations Departments. This person must be knowledgeable and diplomatic in their dealings with other departments, vendors, owners, guests and corporate partners.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative experience required.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills and be detail oriented.
  • High degree of confidentiality.
  • Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer Service and/or hospitality experience a plus.
  • Any certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the Director of Guest Services and department leadership team, including but not limited to payroll processing, procurement and AR/AP.
  • Responsible for creating, compiling, updating/distributing various weekly and monthly reports such as RCI, Medallia, Security reports, etc.
  • Prepares PowerPoint presentations spreadsheets, and graphs.
  • Assists in audits, reconciles shift report, and prepares monthly bank deposits.
  • Schedule meetings, assist with coordinating department events, schedule inspections for various leaders, as well as take meeting notes, minutes and prepare agendas.
  • Monitor/maintain inventory of supplies, equipment, uniforms, etc.
