About The Position

The Legal Office is looking for a Legal Assistant to perform support duties for Legal Counsel at OHFA. This role will assist in preparing legal documents such as loan agreements, gather necessary information for drafting loan documents and contracts, and assist with real estate closings. The position also involves routine support duties like screening telephone calls, processing mail, and maintaining the filing system. This position will work from OHFA's offices located at 2600 Corporate Exchange Drive, Columbus, OH 43231. The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) offers affordable housing opportunities for Ohioans, providing access to financial resources for the development and management of affordable housing. The Agency's programs serve first-time homebuyers, renters, senior citizens, and other populations with special needs. The Legal Office provides quality legal advice on all affordable housing matters requiring legal input and guidance.
