Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time Legal Administrative Assistant to join our team! Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in using common office software
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required

Nice To Haves

  • Sales or customer service experience is highly valued
  • Solid data entry, spreadsheet management, and computer skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • CRM and case management software experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including email management, scheduling, data entry, and document organization
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients and team members in both Spanish and English
  • Calendar Management: Manage schedules and appointments, ensuring all deadlines are met
  • Research: Conduct research as needed and compile information for various projects
  • Data Entry: Accurate and efficient data entry to maintain organized records
  • Documentation: Organize, maintain, and archive important documents
  • Client Interaction: Handle inquiries and requests from clients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Task Prioritization: Assist in prioritizing tasks to ensure that deadlines are met
  • File Pleading in District Court and Dropping Misc Documents to Chambers
