Polsinelli is seeking an entry-level, full-time Legal Administrative Assistant for their Kansas City office to support the Real Estate practice group. This role is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone interested in the legal field. Requirements

  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office Suite, including expertise in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

  • Manage files, open new matters as requested by attorneys, and maintain all relevant document inclusions for the files.
  • Prepare real estate documents, closing binders, and assist with the preparation of meeting materials.
  • Perform a broad variety of administrative tasks including typing, filing, timesheet entry, submission of expense reports, credit card reconciliation, and proofreading.
  • Manage calendars and travel schedules.
  • Coordinate and track continuing legal education requirements for attorneys.
