About The Position

The Administrative Resource Center Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative support to a team of attorneys, paralegals and business support personnel. Some high-level responsibilities include building relationships with assigned team members, creating and editing documents, performing document comparisons, entering and editing daily time, arranging travel, coordinating meeting arrangements and providing overflow support for LEAs.

Requirements

  • College degree or equivalent
  • Expert proficiency with the MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) applications
  • Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to seamlessly perform and prioritize multiple tasks with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external lawyers, staff and clients
  • Expert communication skills
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and strong decision-making capability

Responsibilities

  • Creating and editing documents and maintaining e-filing of client/matter related documents
  • Organizing inboxes and filing emails
  • Performing document comparisons
  • Arranging travel
  • Processing expenses and invoices in collaboration with Williams Lea
  • Editing daily time entries for narrative accuracy including reviewing WIP reports to support clean diary entries according to client guidelines
  • Reconciling temp time when new matters are opened
  • Handling incoming and outgoing mail
  • Providing additional overflow support to the San Francisco Administrative Resource Center
