This role leads the People Experience (PEX) for North America, covering hire‑to‑retire processes across one of Unilever’s key anchor markets globally. As the People Experience Director for North America, you are a senior leader accountable for the delivery and transformation of employee experience and HR service delivery across key moments in the employee lifecycle. The role aligns HR strategy with operational execution, ensuring effective deployment of global technology, services, processes, and people‑centric solutions. You will champion operational excellence, drive continuous improvement, and deliver high HR service standards.
