About The Position

Redstone, a Burlington, VT-based real estate development and property management firm, is seeking a Leasing & Tenant Services Coordinator to support both our commercial tenants and residential communities. This hybrid role blends tenant relations, leasing, marketing, and resident services. The ideal candidate is resourceful, dynamic, and customer-service oriented, with the ability to pivot quickly between projects. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Support leasing activities and application administration, including renewals, leaseholder changes, early terminations, and move-ins/move-outs.
  • Conduct residential showings.
  • Communicate effectively and in a timely fashion with applicants and residents regarding applications and approvals/denials, and maintain online listings (Zillow, Apartments.com, RentCafé).
  • Prepare lease-related communications such as renewal letters and expiration lists, and ensure resident compliance with requirements.
  • Serve as a first point of contact for commercial tenants, responding promptly to inquiries, troubleshooting account issues, and providing updates on service requests.
  • Support tenant outreach efforts, including sending timely building notices and responding to requests.
  • Coordinate maintenance and vendor access, and act as liaison between tenants, vendors, and the facilities team to ensure timely resolution of needs.
  • Track and review commercial work orders to ensure completion and communicate necessary information with tenants.
  • Support commercial lease compliance by assisting with notices, renewals, and general communications.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both residential and commercial tenants, fostering strong community relationships.
  • Assist with events, building-wide communications, and special projects.
  • Conduct property checks and support efforts to maintain curb appeal.
  • Use property management software (Yardi, DocuSign, Outlook, Teams, etc.) to manage leases, track tenant information, and maintain accurate databases and records.
  • Other duties as assigned.
