About The Position

As a Tenant Services Coordinator you will provide daily support in the coordination of activities for the building, tenants, and contract services. Responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with tenants to ensure issues and needs are responded and resolved by the appropriate individual, department, or service for support of the management of the building. In this role, you will Act as the primary point of contact for tenant relations, addressing service requests, inquiries, and concerns in a timely and professional manner Coordinate and track work orders, vendor dispatch, and maintenance activities using property management systems Facilitate tenant onboarding, move-ins, move-outs, and space modifications in alignment with lease terms and building standards Support property management with lease administration, compliance, and documentation Assist in planning and executing tenant engagement initiatives, including communications, events, and satisfaction surveys Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions, service requests, and operational metrics Partner with building engineers, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth operations and adherence to service level agreements Tracks and maintains compliance with insurance requirements among tenants, contractors, vendors, and suppliers. Prepare tenant email blasts and correspondence regarding upcoming events, construction, elevators, building, holidays, etc. Receive, respond to and direct incoming phone calls. Function as first point of contact for tenant service requests. Service tenant’s requests/complaints for resolution including engineering, maintenance, cleaning, mechanical, and or vendors. Responsible for reception area, customer service, correspondence, ordering office supplies, snacks and beverages, maintenance of office equipment, and keeping the common areas of the office stocked and tidy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree and or related experience
  • Excellent internal and external customer service

  • Maintain positive and professional relationships
  • Ability to manage elevated level of organization, customer services, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software

Responsibilities
