About The Position

Gorman is seeking a Leasing Specialist for Grand Boulevard Apartments, a new 95-unit market-rate community in Green Bay, Wisconsin, scheduled to open in late February 2027. The Leasing Specialist will help introduce the community to the market, build relationships with prospective residents, and contribute to a welcoming resident experience. The schedule, whether full-time or part-time, is to be determined.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of leasing, multifamily housing, sales, or customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurability requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service mindset and ability to connect with a wide variety of people.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English/Spanish skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments in alignment with company policies and Fair Housing guidelines.
• Conduct community tours and provide prospective residents with a compelling, personalized experience.
• Build relationships with prospects, residents, vendors, and team members.
• Follow up with prospects and help convert leads to signed leases.
• Support outreach marketing efforts, community networking, and competitor research.
• Assist with move-in and move-out processes to support a smooth resident experience.
• Complete administrative tasks, including answering calls, entering service requests, and maintaining records.
• Support compliance processes and coordinate with internal teams as needed.
