Nice To Haves

• Experienced in sales, customer service, real estate, or apartment leasing preferred
• Previous property management experience not required but preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and connect with prospective residents
• Answer calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments
• Conduct apartment and community tours
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into leases
• Prepare leases and handle leasing-related administrative tasks
• Provide exceptional customer and resident service
• Assist with rent collection and service requests
• Help plan and execute resident events
• Maintain accurate lead and leasing records
