About The Position

Grande at Indian Lake is seeking a part-time Leasing Professional to join their team. This role involves working Saturdays and Sundays for 12 hours per week. The ideal candidate is friendly, motivated, enjoys helping people, building relationships, and creating a great first impression. While experience in leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus, a positive attitude and strong communication skills are most important.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Friendly, professional, and dependable
• Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
• Organized and able to multitask
• Available to work Saturdays and Sundays
• Ability to walk the community, climb stairs, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

Nice To Haves

• Leasing, sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Responsibilities

• Welcome prospective residents and provide exceptional customer service
• Conduct apartment tours and showcase community amenities
• Respond to phone, email, and online inquiries
• Follow up with prospects and help convert leads into leases
• Assist with applications and lease documentation
• Support resident needs and create a positive community experience
• Keep model apartments and common areas presentation-ready
• Assist with community marketing and resident events
• Maintain accurate prospect and resident records
