Part Time Leasing Professional

Rise Real EstateRuston, LA

About The Position

The first impression of a community rarely starts with the apartment. It starts with the person who answers the phone, responds to the inquiry, welcomes someone through the door, and helps them picture what life could look like at The Preserve. RISE is looking for a Part-Time Leasing Professional who can turn interest into connection and connection into signed leases. You will guide prospective residents through the leasing process, support current residents, and help keep the leasing office organized, responsive, and ready for every opportunity. This is not a role for someone who wants to sit behind a desk and wait for traffic. We need someone who is comfortable starting conversations, following up consistently, asking for the lease, and creating an experience people remember. At RISE, leasing is about more than filling apartments. It is about building trust, creating a strong community, and helping people feel confident about where they choose to live. You will join a team that values accountability, teamwork, and people who take ownership of their results. This part-time opportunity is a strong fit for someone looking to build experience in property management, sales, customer service, or real estate.
