About The Position

LV Collective is seeking a Leasing & Marketing Associate for Rambler College Park South in College Park, Maryland. The role offers hands-on experience in marketing and sales while contributing to leasing success and resident experience. The associate will welcome prospective residents, support leasing strategies and applications, organize community events, assist with marketing initiatives, and provide service to current and prospective residents. The ideal candidate is engaging, organized, communicative, adaptable, customer-focused, and interested in marketing, sales, and building community.

Responsibilities

Greet prospective residents and provide property tours.
Assist with lease applications and help ensure an efficient leasing process.
Use the CRM to track leads and manage prospect interactions from initial inquiry through signed lease.
Provide customer service to current and prospective residents.
Assist with front desk operations, including handling inquiries, calls, and emails.
Plan and execute resident events that align with the brand.
Collaborate with the Social Media Intern to align marketing content with leasing and community engagement.
Maintain the tour path and create a strong first impression.
Shop competing properties, track trends, and contribute marketing ideas.
Work with leadership to strategize and address obstacles to leasing success.
Participate in LV Collective training programs.
Support the Leasing Manager in coaching and mentoring new team members on sales and leasing techniques.
Assist with special projects, outreach, and creative marketing campaigns.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
