Requirements

  • 1+ year of leasing, event planning, or sales experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a plus
  • Comfortable with event setup and light lifting
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable insured vehicle, and auto insurance required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in multifamily leasing, property management, hospitality, event planning, or customer-facing administrative roles
  • Experience with social media and community engagement preferred

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate resident events within budget
  • Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, etc.)
  • Manage vendors and event logistics
  • Create newsletters, social media content, and community updates
  • Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, and support leasing activities
  • Show apartments and assist with applications and lease paperwork
  • Maintain accurate records and enter data in Yardi
