About The Position
MG Properties is seeking a Leasing Consultant for Bella Vista Apartments in Elk Grove, California. The role provides customer service to current and prospective residents and uses sales and marketing techniques to help maintain high occupancy at the property. The position also supports leasing, resident relations, and property administration. Employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties. Responsibilities
- Greet prospective residents promptly and in a friendly manner.
- Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and promptly.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff to support smooth move-ins for new residents.
- Maintain thorough, up-to-date rental files and accurately enter rental data into the computer.
- Prepare leases and oversee their signing by new residents.
- Assist with monthly administrative tasks and ensure property paperwork is organized and complete.
- Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments.
- Provide exceptional customer service while using sales and marketing techniques to help maintain high occupancy.
