Responsibilities

Meet and greet prospective residents promptly and in a friendly manner.
Qualify apartment applicants thoroughly and promptly.
Coordinate with maintenance staff to support smooth move-ins for new residents.
Maintain thorough, up-to-date rental files.
Enter rental data accurately into the computer.
Prepare leases and oversee their signing by new residents.
Assist with monthly administrative tasks and keep property paperwork organized and complete.
Interact professionally with residents to resolve maintenance issues, handle complaints, and ensure timely rent payments.
Use professional sales and marketing techniques and customer service skills to help maintain high occupancy.
