The Leasing Consultant is responsible for the leasing of all apartments, including handling prospective resident phone calls, performing miscellaneous clerical duties, and supporting office personnel. The role requires maintaining a strong customer service philosophy, accurately completing lease documents, and managing resident files and computer data according to company policy. This position also plays a key role in resident retention and renewal programs, ensuring apartments are market-ready before move-in, and staying informed about competitive communities and market statistics. Occasional weekend hours may be required.
