About The Position

We are hiring a Leasing Consultant and are willing to train the right person with strong communication and customer service skills. This is a great opportunity for someone coming from retail, hospitality, restaurants, customer service, reception, or sales who wants to build a long-term career in property management and real estate. This role involves customer service and resident relations, leasing, and marketing & community outreach.

Requirements

• Professional appearance and appropriate business attire required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Comfortable working Tuesdays through Saturdays
• Basic computer skills including email and Microsoft Office

• Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet prospective residents and create a welcoming experience
• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist residents professionally
• Build relationships with current and future residents
• Help resolve questions and concerns with a positive attitude
• Follow up with prospects and residents in a timely manner
• Tour apartment homes and community amenities
• Explain pricing, availability, and lease terms clearly
• Practice the ABCs, Always Be Closing
• Assist with applications, paperwork, and move-in coordination
• Help keep model units clean, organized, and ready for tours
• Participate in outreach marketing and resident events
• Support social media and community marketing efforts
• Shop competitors and stay informed about the local market
