About The Position

The Leasing Consultant is a sales-focused role at Pegasus Residential, responsible for helping prospective residents find the right apartment home. The role also supports resident satisfaction and lease renewals. Lease-up experience is required.

Requirements

• Lease-up experience is required.
• Working knowledge of social media.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of marketing concepts.
• Customer-focused, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Help prospective residents find the right apartment home.
• Use consultative selling and communication skills to provide a positive, genuine customer experience.
• Provide caring customer service that supports residents’ enjoyment of living at the community.
• Support lease renewals.
