About The Position

Join GCI Residential as a Leasing Consultant at Blu Aventura, a brand-new lease-up community in Aventura, Florida. The position drives leasing success by achieving leasing goals and building professional relationships with prospective and current residents. Leasing Consultants help people find an apartment home and contribute to resident satisfaction through customer service. The role manages the sales process, responds to prospect inquiries, supports outreach marketing and resident events, and prepares lease agreements using online tools and systems.

Requirements

• Strong customer focus.
• Previous sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships.
• Skilled problem solver and self-motivated individual.
• Ability to work weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Manage the sales process from start to finish, identifying prospective residents’ needs and addressing them to close the sale.
• Explain pricing, floor plans, amenities, and other community offerings during tours.
• Follow up on phone and internet inquiries from prospects and leads.
• Assist with outreach marketing and planning resident events and functions.
• Prepare lease agreements and maintain records using online tools and systems.
